The Challenge
Rosemont Residency is a 90-unit luxury twin-tower development on Rose Avenue in Kilimani, Nairobi. The developer needed a marketing website that could sell to both local high-net-worth buyers and diaspora investors who purchase remotely. The site needed to present accurate unit data, floor plans, pricing, and amenities without any room for error — buyers rely on the website as their primary source of truth.

We built a 10-page static site powered by a single configuration file containing all project data — unit types, pricing, amenities, interior finishes, payment plans, and contact details. Every page, every component, every number is driven by this config. Nothing is hardcoded.

The Result
The site is deployed on Cloudflare Pages with sub-second load times globally. All content is driven by the config file, meaning pricing updates, completion date changes, or new amenities can be applied in minutes and redeployed. The template is now reusable — the next client site can be spun up by duplicating the config and replacing images.
